The Truth About Belly Fat: Walking Isn’t the Fix

Walking is often praised as one of the easiest forms of exercise. It’s free, requires no equipment, and is gentle on your joints. Zimbabwean bird 3D model

Image
The Zimbabwe bird is a stone-carved national emblem of Zimbabwe that appears on the country’s flag, coat of arms, banknotes, and coins. The bird is also known as the Hungwe, Chapungu, or Great Zimbabwe Bird. The Zimbabwe bird is likely a representation of the African fish eagle or the bateleur eagle. The bateleur eagle was considered a messenger from Mwari (God) and the ancestors by the Shona people. The fish eagle may have been the original totem of the Shona.
